Shipping policy
1. Shipping Time
The Seller shall ship the goods within 5-7 working days after the Buyer confirms the order.
If the Seller is unable to ship on time, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer and provide an update on the estimated time of shipment.
If the shipment is delayed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, etc.), the Seller shall not be liable, but shall provide the Buyer with relevant proof as soon as possible and discuss a new shipping date.
2. Transportation Time
The transportation time is usually 20-40 working days, depending on the origin, destination and mode of transportation of the goods.
The transportation time does not include customs clearance time and any possible transportation delays.
If there are unforeseen delays during transportation (such as weather, traffic conditions, customs inspections, etc.), the Seller shall not be liable, but shall promptly provide the Buyer with an updated estimated time of arrival.
3. Transportation Mode and Selection
The Buyer may make specific transportation requirements before the order is confirmed, and the Seller will try its best to cooperate, but it may require additional fees.
4. Risk Transfer
The risk is transferred to the Buyer after the goods are delivered to the transportation company.
During transportation, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are safely packaged and taking appropriate measures to reduce the risk of damage.
5. Transportation costs
The transportation costs shall be borne by the buyer, and the specific costs will be listed in detail when the order is confirmed.
If any additional costs incurred during transportation (such as additional customs fees, handling fees, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Delay compensation
If the seller fails to ship on time or the transportation time exceeds the estimated time, the seller shall pay the buyer delay compensation, the amount of which shall be 0.03% of the total order amount.
The calculation of the compensation amount does not include delays caused by force majeure events.
7. Customs clearance and taxes
The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, customs clearance procedures and related fees in the destination country.
The seller is responsible for providing the required transportation documents and customs clearance documents at the time of shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance.
