Refund policy

Goods in good condition: The returned or exchanged goods should be unused and in good packaging. We do not accept returns of goods that have been opened or used.

Inapplicable goods: According to EU consumer protection laws, some goods, such as goods whose sealed packaging has been opened, may not be subject to the return policy.
2. How to apply for a return or exchange
Return or exchange request: If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days after receiving the product and provide the order number, product information and reason for return. You can submit your application via email or online customer service system.
Processing process: After receiving your return or exchange application, we will process and respond within 14 days. We will provide detailed return address or exchange instructions.
Refund method: After confirming that the return conditions are met, we will process the refund to your original payment account within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
3. Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within the return period and we will try our best to provide you with the same or similar style of product. The exchanged product must meet the above return and exchange conditions.
If the price of the new product is different from the original product, you need to make up the difference or refund the excess.
4. Legal rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. During the cooling-off period, you can return the product unconditionally. The cooling-off period does not affect your rights under other laws, such as complaints about product quality issues.
